Please review the usher manual you received at training and take the Usher Quiz on Google Forms. You may complete this on your phone or your computer. Please pass this quiz with a score of 100 by September 18, 2024.

*Helpful Hints for Taking the Quiz*

After submitting your quiz, you may view your correct and incorrect answers by clicking on View Score. To go back and fix any incorrect answers, click on Edit your response. You may do this until you have a score of 100. Avoid clicking on Submit another response - this will erase your work and will start a brand new quiz.
